Could Soriano be the next Cubs player to go? reported that the Cubs talked to "at least eight AL teams over the last six weeks" regarding Soriano, a clear signal that he's mostly viewed as a designated hitter. His defense is terrible all that hopping around doesn’t help (playing left field and committed seven errors and posted a .965 fielding percentage in 128 games last season) also noticed he won’t play small ball and that hurts a team always swinging for the fences. Guess im just old fashion baseball fan!

  1. I like him as a person but it would be fine with me if he takes his skills elsewhere
