1914 Fatima Players T222 Chicago Cubs Checklist

The cards in this 52-card set measure approximately 2 1/2" by 4 1/2" and are unnumbered. The cards are sepia-colored images printed on thin photographic stock. The set was produced in 1914 by Liggett and Myers Tobacco Co and show full-body action poses in portrait format.

This was one of the last sets of the tobacco card era that ran from 1909 to 1916. Due to its small size, scarcity, it is generally considered by tobacco card collectors to be a "minor" set; its popularity has always been far less than large sets like T206 and T205.

Advertising on the back of the cards declared that the cards were part of a set of 100 "famous Baseball players. T222 was the second of two baseball sets ever issued under the Fatima brand name



For today all card prices will be shown in good condition. NM are next to impossible to find.
