Basic Features

In 1963, Bazooka released in three-card panels that were included with boxes of Bazooka gum. The cards featured full-color images, had blank backs, and were individually hand-cut from the panel, using dotted lines as a cutting guide. Each card displayed a vivid color photograph of the player, bordered in white, which contained the player's name, team name, and position the number was on the bottom of card. Complete panels or complete boxes would command a premium above these prices.

Basic Features

The 1963 Bazooka All Time Greats (R414-31) was released as inserts in Bazooka Bubble gum boxes. Players are depicted in black and white portrait shots. They are set against a vintage background that resembles a plaque. This background features foil detailing. While most are in gold, there are also silver versions available. These silver cards are considerably rarer and fetch a higher price. The backs are yellow with black text that includes essential information and a biography of the player. Many players are shown not as they appeared during their careers but rather as they looked many years after retiring.

Basic Features

Cards are individually cut from the reverse side of Jello product boxes. The front displays the Card Number along with a brief biography and statistics. These horizontally oriented cards are organized numerically by team. The checklist for this collection matches that of the 1962 Post and 1962 Post Canadian sets, although those are regarded as distinct issues. Unlike those sets, these cards lack the Post logo and do not feature any colored borders around the statistics.

Basic Features

Each card features a "3-D" effect that accentuates the color portrait and replica signature. The player's name and position are enclosed within geometric shapes, and the whole design is framed in blue with light stars. The reverse side of the cards presents a horizontal layout that displays the player's name along with statistical data. This collection highlights an outstanding array of stars and potential Hall of Fame talent. Although complete sets could be acquired through a mail-in offer, this particular Kellogg's set is regarded as one of the rarer items in the entire series.

1976 Burger Chef Fun Meal (F-Unc)

Card Dimensions

Each disc measures 2-3/8 inches in diameter and The trays are about 8.7″ x 11.75″

Basic Features

This set includes 24 team trays, each with nine punch-out discs, making it the largest disc collection ever created at that time. Collaboratively developed with Michael Schecter and Associates, these discs share a similar fundamental design with other MSA discs, but the back features a cartoon character of a burger chef. The front showcases biographical details about the player, while the bottom lists their name, team, and position, with a portrait of the player prominently displayed in the center. The entire set consists of 216 distinct discs. Although these discs were launched in 1977, they hold a copyright from 1976. The tray opens up to reveal a baseball diamond that determines play outcomes such as "Home Run" or "Out." It includes Burger Chef characters like Where Wolf. The packaging also provided assembly instructions and game rules. To find out where the ball lands, you blow into a straw. As the ball is blown away from home plate, there are specific areas designated for single, double, triple, out, and home run. If the ball touches any of the black areas that divide the squares, it counts as a strike. If it goes beyond the last space, it is deemed an out.
