1967 was a fascinating year for both the Cubs and Topps. The Cubs were assembling a strong team that would endure into the early 70s. Meanwhile, Topps released several test issues this year that were not distributed to the public, making them rare collectibles that are now worth a significant amount of money.

Basic Features
This is an exceptionally rare collection that was intended to be made into a pin-back button, which unfortunately never occurred. The items are printed on silver foil with a blank back, measuring around 2-3/8" square. Each piece features a 2-1/4" diameter center showcasing a colorful portrait of the player, with their name and position printed in black across the chest, while the team name is displayed to the left and right of the player's image. Initially, it was a complete set of 24, but over the years, they have been divided into individual pieces. Crafted in Japan, this could be the rarest Santo item. If you have one, make sure to keep it safe.
