Basic Features
The disc, which needs to be removed, was affixed to the baseball glove section of a checklist and T-shirt offer that was placed inside Pepsi-Cola cartons. This disc holds a greater collector's value when associated with the original insert. On the reverse side, there is a send-away offer for a personalized T-shirt featuring your name. The Personalized Superstar Shirt could be obtained with a picture and 'signature' of one of four players: Pete Rose, Rico Carty, Joe Morgan, or Rick Manning. The personalized message on the shirt beneath the player's image would state: 'To my buddy (personalized name) Best Wishes Pete Rose (signature)' (or the player of your choice).
