Basic Features
The Goodwin set comprised 50 vividly colorful cards showcasing athletes and notable figures from various games and sports globally. Among collectors the eight baseball cards are particularly sought after due to their vibrant backgrounds and remarkable artwork. The front of these cards displayed colored lithographs, while the reverse side contained the complete checklist of the set. These cards were included in packages of Old Judge and Gypsy Queen cigarettes. The A36 baseball album is associated with the 1888 Goodwin Champions N162 multisport card set. Albums could be obtained by exchanging Old Gypsy and Gypsy Queen cigarette coupons.
