Basic Features

This 118-card standard-size collection pays tribute to players who only played for a season or fewer and went unnoticed in baseball history. The collection was released in three sections as part of a single series. The first 18 cards were released in 1977, and they contain black and white player photographs with white and green borders. Color player photographs with white borders were used on cards 19-54, which were released in 1979. Colored photographs with blue and white borders were used on cards 55-118, which were issued in 1983.
