1925 Exhibits (W461)

There were seven separate issues issued from 1921 through 1928 with subtle differences that allow for a collector to decipher the difference, although ESCO (Exhibit Supply Company of Chicago) did not print any year on the cards.

1925 ESCO features a total of 128 cards, including 8 players from the Cubs.

Size of Cards

The size of the cards are 3 3/8" x 5 3/8"

Basic Features

Each card displays a black-and-white posed image of the player, accompanied by a box at the bottom that contains his name in uppercase letters, position, and team, along with the note (Made in the U.S.A.). The unnumbered cards feature blank backs. These cards were the size of postcards and could be acquired from a machine specifically created for penny arcade venues.
