The size of the hand cut cards measure approximately 2" by 2 5/8 panels measure 2 5/8" by 5 15/16".

Basic Features

The 1971 Bazooka collection comprised 36 full-color, unnumbered cards, distributed across 12 panels, each containing three cards on the reverse sides of boxes of Bazooka bubble gum. Complete panels or would fetch a higher price than the standard rates. This collection marked the conclusion of Bazooka's 13-year series of card sets, which spanned from 1959 to 1971. Additionally, there was a numbered set, but it was only produced on proof sheets and was never included on the boxes. This will be detailed in the checklist below.

This was said to be a test issue that was distinct from the more frequently encountered unnumbered set and was considerably harder to find. The numbered set includes 48 cards (16 panels). Individual cards are approximately 2" by 2 5/8" in size, while the panels are 2 5/8" by 5 15/16". Complete panels or full boxes would command a higher price. Cards #46-48 (Hundley, Mays, and Hunter) are super rare.
