Between 1929 and 1938, seven distinct sets were released, each featuring subtle variations that enable collectors to distinguish between them, despite the fact that ESCO (Exhibit Supply Company of Chicago) did not include any year on the cards.
Number of Cards
1933 Exhibits Four-in-One features a total of 16 cards, including 1 card from each Chicago team.
Size of Cards
The size of the cards are 3 3/8" x 5 3/8"
Basic Features
This set marked the first Exhibits Company offering to consist of only 16 total cards, rather than 32. Each postcard-style collectible bears a quartet of teammates (for 64 total players), with their names in dark type along the bottom border. All cards from the 1933 series were unnumbered and printed in tones of black-green, orange, red, or yellow. Cards have a blank back in this set instead of the normal postcard.
