2002 Ultimate Collection Signed Excellence Sammy Sosa

Today on autograph Wednesday we will look into a Sammy Sosa 2002 Ultimate Collection Signed Excellence. Randomly inserted into packs this card had a print run of 64. Sammy who was such a superstar doesn’t have as many signed cards as some of the other cub greats. 808 total cards signed with 689 being cub cards. This is a nice collection if you’re a Sosa fan like me this would be a good starting point.  

This card had a 2009 book price of 175 then I checked the more recent 2011 book and it went down to a 100. That’s a huge loss in such a short time, the market is tanking on most of these cards today.
